Preparation of Home Information Packs

All homes marketed for sale in England and Wales now need a Home Information Pack (HIP) to be commissioned before the property can be marketed. The pack will need to include details about the property, searches and a Home Energy Report (or Energy Performance Certificate/EPC).

• Official copy of the Land Registry title
• Filed plan
• Full copy of the title if it is unregistered
• Local search
• Drainage search
• An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
